Carbon Fiber 6-blade Disk for Segway Navimow i Series

A high-performance 6-blade disk for the Segway Navimow i series. This blade disk is made from ultra-high-performance carbon fiber-infused nylon (PA6-CF), which is incredibly tough. After months of testing, we found this to be the strongest material for this application and far better than PLA (which melted and deformed), PETG (which shattered), and ABS. This material has survived repeated impacts with an immovable steel object. This disk is made to last, and survives where other disks fail. 

If you are tired of stuck blades, this disk is for you. It is designed to prevent the blades from getting jammed and stuck with grass.

The titanium-plated diamond-shaped blades offer a longer cutting edge and a cleaner, quieter cut. They rotate freely and do not get stuck. The blade mounting screws are Phillips head, making it easier to change blades.

The disk ships fully assembled with blades installed as shown in the pictures and includes premium mounting screws.
This disk is guaranteed to fit Segway Navimow models i105, i108,  i110, i206, and i210. It may fit the i215, but this has not been confirmed (please contact us before ordering if you have this mower). 

We strongly recommend using purple threadlocker (such as Loctite 222). Using red or blue will make the screws very difficult to remove, and may cause damage to the disk.
