A pair of high-performance 6-blade cutting disks for Segway Navimow X430, X450, and Terranox. These blade disks are made from high-performance carbon fiber nylon (PA6-CF), which is incredibly tough. After months of testing, we found this to be the strongest material for this application and far better than PLA (which melted and deformed), PETG (which shattered), and ABS. These disks are made to last and survive where other disks fail.
If you are tired of stuck blades, these disks are for you. After extensive testing (over a year!), we have NEVER had the blades get stuck.
The diamond-shaped blades are titanium-plated, offer a longer cutting edge, and a cleaner, quieter cut. They rotate freely and do not get stuck. The blades are arranged in a simple single-layer arrangement, cutting the number of screws to remove to replace the blades in half and enabling you to replace the blades without removing the disks from the mower.
The disks ship fully assembled with blades installed as shown in the pictures and include premium mounting screws.
These disks are guaranteed to fit the Navimow X430, X450, Terranox CM120M1, and CM240M1.
We strongly recommend using threadlocker when installing the disks and replacing the blades.
